As a society we are bombarded from many sources on a variety of health issues. There are endless books, magazines, media coverage, political initiatives, research papers, weight loss programmes usually endorsed by celebrities, and general fads and formulas. The public ends up being buried in an avalanche of statistics, opinions, claims and counter claims and most people are simply confused about who to believe and what to do.
For several years now Colin McKeand has been separating the facts from the myths when it comes to health, diet and nutrition. Colin is the senior partner with Nutri-Tox, Corporate and Personal Diet & Nutrition Specialists. His mission is to ensure that the public are educated in the correct way and are getting the proper information and message as to what a healthy diet and lifestyle really is.
Our website will be regularly updated to include news articles that we believe will be of interest to our clients. If you spot an article that you think would be of interest to others please send me an email with the details to: colin@nutri-tox.com
